Deep-Fried Maggot Burger With Extra Maggots

I would like to clarify a few things here. First, I see no burger in this burger! Second, those are actually not maggots. They are bamboo worms and a fairly common snack (at least when talking about insects) in Thailand. I have posted about them many times previously, but they are very similar to crunchy little potato chips. Yep. And not nearly as disgusting as they look in this photo.
